Welcome to the website of Online Materials for CLIL.

Online Materials for CLIL is a course developed in close cooperation between teacher training institutes in The Netherlands (Amsterdam Faculty of Education) and Bulgaria (Sofia University st. Kliment Ohridsky). The course aims to help (aspiring) teachers in CLIL education develop skills in using internet based information in classroom situations. In other words: to create teaching materials from online sources.
Online Materials is part of the Comenius project TL2L (Teaching and Learning in a Second Language). A project focussing on the overal preparation of teachers and students for teaching their subject in CLIL education.

Aim of this website is to gather and present products of participants in the Online Materials course, thus creating both a bank of teaching materials ready for use in classrooms and a means for reflection on these materials by peer students and experienced teachers.

On this website you will find the particpants' course products, consisting of:

• a selection of URLs of subject-specific websites
• the participants' review of the websites
• teaching materials created based on the data in the websites
• a forum where both participants and visitors can comment on the products

Furthermore, participants in the course can also download course materials from this website.
